Web hosting is the process of renting the digital space to house your website, email accounts, or files. Website hosting is required for any website or email account.
If you are considering Tandem Design Lab for your web design project, you may wish to rent hosting space with an external company (and you are free to do so) or you may wish to host your website files and email accounts on the Tandem Design Lab server.
If you choose to rent hosting from Tandem Design Lab, you may choose from the following packages:
Unmanaged Hosting
Our unmanaged hosting packages are for clients who are willing to do the regular updates to the WordPress software themselves. The client assumes all responsibility for updating the software, backups of their site, setting up email accounts on personal computers and protecting their site from potential hacks or viruses.
Basic – $25 a month or $250 a year

Managed Hosting
All our Managed Hosting Packages include regular backups, regular updates of WordPress or other open source software, security patches, regular scans of the files for malicious code injection or viruses. While managed hosting does not include maintenance of your website content, it will protect you from the common hacks and security vulnerabilities that can effect WordPress.

Payment Schedule
You may choose to pay monthly or annually. Annual payments receive a 2 month discount. A monthly payment schedule would require an automatic payment with Paypal or credit card.

*Hosting packages include the price of 2 DOMAIN NAMES. Any additional domain names are an additional cost of $25 per year.
